THE ROLE

With on-going expansion and further growth plans this award-winning agency are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, putting together account plans, strategy and hitting KPI's.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for organically growing, cross-selling and upselling the agencies services.

As part of a sociable and friendly team, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining, growing and developing client relationships
- Providing strategic input and direction across accounts
- Organically growing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling
- Identifying areas of growth
- Attending regular client meetings
- Reporting on the commercials across accounts
- Driving best practise within the team

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role we are looking for Account Managers who come from an agency environment. It is crucial that you are commercially aware, have the ability to grow and nurture strong client relationships and meet KPIs and sales targets.

It is important that you have a 'can do' and proactive attitude!
