This agency specialises in the design, production and management of a variety of engaging live events. Established for over 10 years ago they work predominately with clients within the publishing sector delivering innovative production for a wide variety of flagship events and awards ceremonies. With creativity at the heart of everything they do, they are experts in the design, content creation and build of each of these projects they run.

THE ROLE

There is now an immediate need for an Account Manager to join their team and take the lead on a number of client relationships. A very client facing role you will be responsible for overseeing and pulling together all elements of the events including:

*Account management
*Managing and developing client relationships
*Understanding client requirements
*Preparing creative events proposals
*Acting as main point of client liaison
*Producing schedules
*Working with internal teams and external agencies
*Co-ordinating elements including graphics, print, animation, print ad web design
*Organising event, delegate and crew logistics
*Organising equipment logistics
*Supplier liaison and management
*Budget management
*Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a broad exposure to the events industry and a proven background of managing clients and developing relationships. Ideally candidates will have worked with a variety of corporate clients on award ceremonies previously and be able to manage multiple projects at one time. Any AV / production knowledge would be n added benefit.
