Due to continued development and huge growth opportunities there is now a requirement for an Account Manager to come on board and take ownership of a number of accounts, networking across these and developing relationships. This is this is a broad role with responsibilities including:
- Account management and development
- Networking across accounts, identifying opportunities and maximising revenue
- Strengthening and developing relationships
- Taking and understanding a broad range of briefs
- Pulling together proposals and pitching this back to the client
- Communicating briefs to internal teams
- Overseeing delivery and taking the lead on projects when required
- Ensuring margins, resources and commercial decisions on projects
- Ensuring communication with the client throughout
- Onsite management when required
Candidates must come from an agency background (event or production ideally) and have a good understanding of production, video and digital, along with experience of taking and understanding briefs and pitching for business. A proven background in managing and developing accounts would be ideal, although client facing Project Managers looking to take a step up will also be considered. Experience of working with health care / pharmaceutical accounts is essential as is strong commercial skills and a delivery background is preferred. Any exposure to working on virtual / hybrid events and working with platform providers on these would be an added benefit.
