THE ROLE

Due to the continued development of the company and rapid expansion plans there is now an opportunity for an ambitious and commercially focussed Account Manager to join the dynamic team, working with a range of blue chip clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

You will be given a portfolio of key accounts to manage, nurture and grow, increasing revenues and profit in the process. You will spend time out on the road, with clients as well as time spent with the team in the office.

The key duties of the Account Manager will focus on:

Growing, developing and nurturing business within an allocated portfolio
Building and maintaining relationships throughout accounts
Networking across the accounts within different departments
Overseeing smooth delivery by working closely with the operations teams.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate must have experience within an event agency in a client facing role with a proven track record of increasing profitability within accounts. You will have hands on account management capabilities, able to network and build effective relations strategically.

In return the agency will offer a basic salary of £35,000 plus additional earning potential (OTE £70,000 through bonus and commission), great working environment and most of all great career development.
