THE ROLE

With a number of exciting developments currently taking place and an ever expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take responsibility for client relationship management and ensuring a wealth of repeat business.

This is a broad role that includes:

• Management of repeat client accounts
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Building a repeat business pipeline
• Championing the client at all levels internally
• Ensuring you are aware of competitive activities within accounts
• Representing the venue at conferences, networking events and trade fairs
• Attending meetings and site visits with potential clients to maximise opportunities

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience gained from working in a large scale venue or alternatively relevant event industry sales experience. This role would be perfect for an existing Account Manager who has experience in successfully growing accounts and actively developing these.
