THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and success they are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their dedicated automotive (premium brand) team and work on complex and innovative retail projects. The work you will be involved with really is a step above the ordinary - creatively stunning and right at the forefront of digital technology - think one off large scale AR / VR / interactive / experiential and the like!
As the projects are so unique and creatively led you will have involvement in every area from the initial brief through to overseeing delivery - with lots of interaction with their video, digital, project management, event and creative teams.
This is a broad role where you will be based within both the client's office and the agencies HQ - deeply understanding the client business and guiding the agency as they deliver great work.
Responsibilities (amongst others) include:
Account management including acting as the lynch pin between the client and agency
Understanding the client's business environment and challenges
Interpreting client briefs and developing proposals including upselling services including film, creative production and digital
Taking the lead on a variety of projects across the year
Ensuring projects effectively reflect the brief and meets client and brand objectives
Leading and directing project teams and ensuring timelines on projects
Liaising with internal teams including film, digital, creative and production
Third party supplier management
Completing and managing project documentation
Budget management including revenue forecasting
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have agency experience with a focus on digital /digital retail projects for premium brands where they have managed both the client relationship and overseen all areas of delivery.
