THE ROLE

Due to their growing business they are now looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team. Throughout this role you will be given the chance to work along side the design team.

Working closely with the Design Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for estimations and quotes

  • Managing costings and orders

  • Liaising with suppliers and in-house teams

  • Planning schedules according to projects

  • Preparing client quotations

  • Managing enquires

  • Reviewing figures

  • Database management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be confident in working with numbers and managing costings. Solid event's or financial experience is ideal but not essential - The ideal candidate must be organised, efficient and most of all keen to flourish in a challenging environment!
