We have a unique opportunity for an Assistant Event Manager to join an exciting and growing events business!

THE COMPANY

Centred on the provision of on-the-go F&B this company offer varied services across their 5 divisions to deliver enhanced customer experiences for each of their diverse clients. With in-house divisions covering the provision of catering, event bars, full logistics, technologies and concessionaires management; they can offer bespoke, individual solutions or work seamlessly together to provide a full delivery service. Due to some exciting and ongoing growth, they are now seeking an Assistant Event Manager to join the team and work across their diverse calendar of events!

THE ROLE

In this busy role you will be working closely with the Event Manager and support across the delivery of a broad range of projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Working with clients on their requirements
*Following project timelines and working to budgets
*Supporting on the organisation of full event logistics
*Inputting into client facing proposals
*Collaborating and coordinating with internal departments
*Working closely with external stakeholders and concessionaries
*Being aware of event challenges and contingencies
*Assisting across policies, health & safety and legislation for events
*Overseeing the install, delivery and break down of events onsite

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position you will have experience working on a range of events ideally from a festival, large scale venue or outdoor event environment. The ability to work within a collaborative team and the willingness to work onsite on a regular basis is important.
