Huge to recent growth they are now looking for two Audio Visual Coordinators to come on board and join their lively team to support across their AV projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting Account Managers/Directors
Supporting on detailed event briefs
Managing event budgets
Technically specifying audio visual equipment
Event logistics - booking travel and accommodation
Basic financial administration and planning
Creating audio visual plans
Adhoc onsite delivery
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of audio visual equipment and have worked within a audio visual supplier or have gained AV knowledge form working within a venue. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and you must be organised and have a strong communication and administrational skills. A degree within an audio visual related subject would also been beneficial but is not essential for the role
