RMG15669 - We are looking for an AV Account Manager to join a leading technical and AV production company based in Hertfordshire.

THE COMPANY

This well-established technical production company provides innovative audio visual solutions for the live events industry. Working with agencies, end clients and on-site with clients they specialise in delivery video, sound, staging, lighting and rigging using leading AV and broadcast technology.

Working with clients a broad range of industry sectors including financial, technology, automotive, retail and insurance sectors, they plan and deliver the technical production for events including conferences, meetings, product launches, exhibitions and live shows!

THE ROLE

Due to business growth they are now looking for an AV Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager you will manage a number of client relationships, take briefs and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, to budget and to clients needs and expectations.

As an AV Account Manager your will be responsible for;

• Managing and growing client relationships
• Attending regular client meetings
• Taking client briefs
• Producing technical specifications for each event
• Producing quotations for clients
• Managing and reporting on budgets
• Carrying out site surveys and producing risk assessments and H&S documents
• Overseeing technical production from brief through to delivery
• Managing external suppliers
• Attending events on-site when required

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this AV Account Manager role you must come with experience working for a AV / technical supply company or a production agency. It is important that you have an understanding for AV disciplines; audio, video, lighting, set, staging and projection. We will consider Account Managers, client-facing Project Managers and AV Venue Managers for this position.

You will be a natural people-person who can build and forge lasting relationships as well as having the ability of project / production management of events.
