Our client is one of London's leading production agencies who service and manage their in-house contract for a prestigious luxury heritage venue, in the heart of London.

The high-end venue welcomes hundreds of corporate occasions, private events, festive celebrations and weddings every year.

As the in-house production supplier our client provides audio and visual solution using state of the art production equipment.

THE ROLE

As the AV Manager you will be the venue's production expert, leading the technical team to design and deliver AV solutions in line with client's briefs and budgets.

* Client liaison and building relationships
* Acting as main point of contact and providing excellent customer service
* Cross selling and upselling services
* Engaging with internal departments and external suppliers
* Preparation of technical equipment
* Line management of technicians
* Overseeing freelancers on-site
* Event delivery
* Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will need to have venue experience alongside excellent client facing skills, AV technical understanding, sales capabilities as well as the ability to guide clients through events from start to finish. Line management experience would be advantageous.
