THE ROLE
Due to continued success across the business they are looking for an AV Project Manager to join their team. This role is split between working from the company's office as well as working at one of London most well-respected and versatile venues. You will be given the opportunity to manage the technical production for a range of events including conferences, gala dinners, product launches and exhibitions for a wide range of clients!
Key responsibilities include;
Meeting with clients and understanding their requirements
Carrying out show rounds of the venue
Cross selling & upselling technical services
Putting together technical specification's
Liaising with in-house teams on technical equipment
Managing production schedules and timeframes
Managing budgets
Sourcing and managing freelancers
Liaising with external suppliers
On site management
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this unique Project Manager opportunity you must have a strong understanding of technical production - including sound, lighting, video and rigging. This is a client-facing position so you must have the excellent communication skill to liaise with clients and partnership companies that use the venue. Experience in AutoCAD would be beneficial.
