THE ROLE

Due to ongoing expansion we are now looking for a strong audio-visual Sales Manager who can develop and implement the sales strategy, identify new target markets and ensure growth objectives are met. You will oversee and develop a team of technical Account Managers, ensuring targets are achieved and profitability for the business is maximised.

Using a consultative and proactive approach the AV Sales Manger is responsible for:

* Managing / developing a portfolio of clients

* Implementing and executing sales strategies

* Attend and lead sales pitch

* Build effective and profitable business relationships

* Maintain and mange relations to ensure consistency in service and revenue

* Identify potential new business opportunities

* Developing database of contacts

* Mange and oversee team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will currently be working within a sales capacity within an AV / technical supply company and looking to take that next step.
