Due to continued success and the win of new business they are now looking for an experienced Production Manager to come on board and lead on a variety of projects. Taking initiative to really "make it happen" you will be the driving force behind projects, overseeing all design and production and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
A broad and client facing role responsibilities include:
Client liaison and management
Working closely with Project Managers
Using creativity and knowledge to input on and steer bespoke designs
Thinking outside of the box and finding the most effective ways to create builds
Advising on builds, materials and finishing methods
Overseeing projects including all production and design elements
Sourcing and managing suppliers
Budget management and reconciliation
Onsite management including overseeing installation
Candidates must have a proven background of project managing design and build projects, including a strong understanding of production processes, materials and finishing methods. Candidates will be considered from a range of backgrounds including production agencies, design and build agencies, theatre design or prop manufacturing as long as they have had exposure to managing build projects, be that for experiential events, roadshows or set and stage projects. Candidates must be client facing and have a strong design background / understanding. Any exposure to using or working with software including AutoCAD and SketchUp would be an added benefit although is not essential for the role.
