From conferences and roadshows through to incentives and product launches, they have dedicated teams in-house including event management, production, creatives and event technology. As a result of their on-going success, they have established a strong client base of blue chip brands across sectors including automotive, healthcare and financial to name a few!
Due to an exciting development, they are now seeking a Business Development Director to come on board and drive the agency to greater heights!
THE ROLE
As Business Development Director, you will be responsible for working with senior management teams in devising sales strategies. Delving into new and existing markets within the industry, you will be responsible for obtaining new client accounts and leading on pitches.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Account management and development
Devising sales strategies
Identifying new prospect clients
Getting in touch with prospects to develop new business
Meeting with clients to present credentials
Ensuring efficient tender response time
Developing proposals and leading on pitches
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have strong previous sales experience within an agency environment. Candidates must already sit at a senior level with their company and have experience of creating sales initiatives. As Business Development Director, you must be a strong communicator, well organised and dependable!
