This expanding full service agency are renowned for delivering cutting edge events throughout the globe. From conferences and roadshows through to incentives and product launches, they have dedicated teams in-house including event management, production, creatives and event technology. As a result of their on-going success, they have established a strong client base of blue chip brands across sectors including automotive, healthcare and financial to name a few!
They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to come on board and drive the agency to greater heights!
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for working with senior management teams to develop new business leads across the agency. Delving into new and existing markets within the industry, you will be responsible for obtaining new client accounts and leading on pitches.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
*Devising and implementing sales strategies
*Proactively sourcing brand new leads
*Identifying new opportunities within the market
*Developing existing client relationships and accounts
*Carrying out meetings with clients to present credentials
*Responding to RFPs and client briefs
*Preparing and leading on pitches
*Working to mutually agreed sales targets
*Understanding market trends
The ideal candidate must have strong previous sales experience ideally from within an agency environment however other events backgrounds may be considered. Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated and hardworking individuals. As Business Development Manager, you must be a strong communicator, well organised and dependable!
