This nationally recognised company has over 70 venues across the UK, which offer a host of activities aimed at providing memorable experiences to their customers. With a foothold in the leisure and hospitality industry, they have been incredibly successful in expanding their brand.
With their venues having hosted events such as seasonal corporate parties, team days, and social events, they are looking to expand upon this to further their success.
To spearhead their expansion into the events industry, they are looking for an Event Sales Manager who will help pave the way for events to be held across all of their key target centres. The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Developing the sales & marketing strategy
- Ensuring return investment for key projects
- Handling events communications with teams
- Proactively seeking new business
- Working closely with upper management
- Identifying opportunities for growth
- Conducting market research
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sales within a hospitality and/or leisure environment. An understanding of the events industry is essential, and any event marketing experience will also be beneficial. This role will be very proactive, so the ability to work independently will also be required.
