There is now the exciting opportunity for a Client Relations Director to come on board and oversee the management and development across one of their largest healthcare accounts.

THE ROLE

The role is Client Relations Director is to develop strategic development across the account and lead a strong team to ensure all opportunities are maximised.

  • Managing across a key account and developing a deep understanding of the client's business

  • Lead across client pitches

  • Managing and developing relationships to encourage spend across all areas of the business

  • Work with senior members to development strategic account plans

  • Monitoring service level agreements and profitability across the board

  • Being the main point of contact for all queries and SLA's for the accounts

  • Ensuring communication across all internal departments

THE CANDIDATE

This role is focused mainly around the management and growth of client relationships so candidates must have a proven background in managing and developing accounts and associated revenue, with excellent commercial awareness. Experience of working within the healthcare sector is a must! Experience of working in an agency and a previous background in delivering live events is key. Candidates must be familiar with influencing board level members and have the ability to commutate effectively with multiple internal departments. Line management experience is desirable but not essential for this role.
