This agency are way ahead of the game - they specialise is creating, producing and delivering highly innovative experiential projects that utilise the latest technology with a heavy digital / social bias. The work they deliver is cutting edge in every way, and from this uniqueness they have attracted funding, grown quickly over the past 18 months and now work with global brands and some of the UK's most high profile integrated / advertising agencies.
Still retaining the tech start up feel they have built a unique and talented team of digital specialists, account managers and project managers enabling them to create, deliver and amplify some of the most innovative work out there across every client sector.
With huge ambition (and the funding to match it) they have built a board of some of the industries leading figures, and are now looking for an experienced Client Services Director to join their team and help them grow further, faster. They are looking for someone who understands that in a fast growth business they will need to be prepared to roll their sleeves up, as well as have the vision and experience to plan, shape and grow their own team.
As such they are offering a competitive salary and shares within the business so that the successful candidate can enjoy the financial rewards of their success.
Working within a close-knit team and a fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same, but key responsibilities will include;
*Interrogating a clients brief
*Really getting under the skin of what a client is looking for and trying to achieve
*Putting together presentations and pitching ideas to clients
*Managing exciting and new client accounts
*Seeking opportunities for new businesses
*Managing internal and external resource for each project
*Oversee the delivery of each project
*Managing budgets and reporting
Due to the nature of work produced by the agency we will consider Group Account Directors / Client Services Directors from events, experiential and digital agencies. What is crucial is that you are innovative, a true client services professional, you are a strong communicator who can win pitches as well and somebody who isn't afraid to role up their sleeves and get involved!
