Fantastic opportunity to join this global events agency on one of their dedicated healthcare client teams working implanted within the commercial team.

THE AGENCY

THE ROLE

You will be implanted within a pharmaceutical clients' offices, strategically planning and delivering congress portfolios for multiple brand streams within the client. Projects will be delivered on an international basis.

The Commercial Event Manager implant requires a strong character who can guide brand stream stakeholders. You will implement innovative event elements and (where appropriate) empathically challenge stakeholders on their brand strategy.

The client is asking for a skill set that is not just limited to congress logistics delivery but also has a full understanding of all elements involved in a congress from digital, booth, production, logistics and being able to offer insight and enhancements to current congress delivery and HCP engagement.

The role will cover:

* Key stakeholder management within the client
* Briefing the teams and running the more complex events
* Contracting and negotiating with venues and suppliers
* Large scale budget management and reconciliation
* Managing 3rd party suppliers
* Ensuring smooth delegate registration process
* Overseeing project delivery
* Continuous client management and updates
* On-site event management (international travel)

THE CANDIDATE

Currently working either within an agency delivering large scale pharmaceutical congresses and stand-alone events, or within an in-house pharma client team, you will be able to demonstrate full project management of a range of events. With a strong understanding of the compliance surrounding the industry including ABPI and European compliance within pharma, you will be passionate about delivering high profile events for some of the top names in the industry and keen to develop your career with a great agency!
