THE COMPANY

A small but rapidly expanding conference organiser who work across a huge spectrum of topics and sectors holding market leading conferences in the UK and Europe. This company are innovative and ambitious and embrace people who can contribute new ideas in a fun and supportive environment.

THE ROLE

Due to business growth they are now recruiting for a both junior and senior level Conference Producers to join the team and work on a huge range of topics including marketing, social media, technology, FMCG and much more. These roles would suit someone with a creative mind who enjoys researching topics and creating exciting agendas for a broad range of conferences

Key responsibilities includes;

Researching target markets, topics and trends
Creating exciting and engaging agendas
Researching and engaging with potential speakers
Securing speakers
Writing creative content for presentations
Proof reading presentations and agendas

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for the senior role you must have previous experience in conference production gained from working within commercial conferences with an understanding of how to make an event as engaging as possible for delegates.

For the junior role, you must have at least 18 months solid experience in a business environment with an excellent eye for detail and the creativity and passion to succeed in researching and writing content for engaging topics
