Due to continued business wins and the utilisation of their newly created virtual platform there is now opportunity for an experienced Content Manager to join their close-knit team. Focusing on their virtual platform this is a broad role with responsibilities including:
* Working closely with, and acting as a lynchpin across the accounts, creative and technical teams
* Liaising with teams on content
* Ensuring process and efficiency across the board
* Content management including ensuring functionality and design and app support
* Uploading content onto the platform
* Working across multiple events concurrently
* Longer term, being able to communicate technical features and processes to non technical clients
* Liaising with developers to ensure functionally is developed in line with clients expectations
* Working with the Production Team on technical elements and delivery of live and virtual events
Candidates should be familiar with virtual events and platforms and be comfortable with technology including software platforms and web applications. Candidates must be digitally native and extremely process driven, with excellent organisational skills. Confidence with troubleshooting technical issues is ideal as is the ability to quickly understand technical matters and communicate them succinctly. Basic HTML knowledge would be an added benefit. Candidates who have experience working directly for a platform / app company would be preferred however candidates from other backgrounds including those with digital or technical backgrounds will also be considered.
