THE ROLE

Sitting within the events team this individual will provide excellent flight solutions through working with the best airlines in the world and ensuring that client's programmes are delivered as seamlessly as possible. The role will involve being fully responsible for your client's flight programmes as well as some event registration.

Role responsibilities include:

Fully servicing all the flight elements of a project from confirmation through to reconciliation
Liaising with clients and managing group bookings form research through to booking and ticketing.
Communicating with clients through managing email inboxes and enquiries via telephone.
Working closely with airline groups and negotiating group flight and hotel contracts
Creating and maintaining customized registration websites for clients
Utilising various systems including Amadeus
Account managing key clients and building relationships with stakeholders

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must come from a corporate or business travel environment and must have used a GDS system such as Amadeus (ideally) however we would also consider Galileo or Sabre. Groups can range from 100 to 1000s so large groups and fare negotiations will be something that you are comfortable with, as well as having a strong client facing profile.
