Hybrid working – 2/3 days in office – this creative design agency is offering a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a key client account delivering cutting edge projects!
The Company
Comprised of a passionate team of creative, production and account management professionals, this boutique agency deliver a unique portfolio of brand experience, exhibition and hospitality activations for high profile clients and sponsors within the sporting sector. For each bespoke brief, the agency will design innovative solutions to create unforgettable experiences that are custom built and delivered through their incredibly collaborative team.
Due to an ongoing period of success, they are now seeking to grow their team with a Creative Artworker
The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to build out their design team with the addition of an Artworker. Working within a supportive team and alongside other experienced Graphic Designers responsibilities are broad and include:
• Managing the art direction from initial brief to delivery
• Contributing to new ideas and designs
• Working across large format, print and digital projects
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and creatives
• Revisiting and amending artwork based on feedback
• Ensuring work is in scope and brief with client’s objectives
The Candidate
We are looking for a passionate, creative candidate with a deep understanding of print, digital assets and art direction. Someone that can bring new ideas to the table but equally someone that is happy and willing to work as part of a team where everyone is hands on. Whilst open on backgrounds the ideal candidate will have experience of working on large format, digital and print work and any exposure work working within the events / exhibition industry would be highly advantageous. Candidates must be proficient in using adobe creative suite in addition to a suitable range of design packages. A strong understanding of print production processes and the technical aspects of preparing artwork for different mediums is key, as is a keen eye for creativity (and a portfolio that demonstrates this). Candidates must be quick to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
