THE ROLE

Two exciting opportunities have now arisen for Creative Directors to join the team. The first will support all divisions and projects with creative concepts whilst the second will focus solely on live and experiential events. From taking and interpreting the client brief through to devising the creative vision, you will be responsible for:

* Developing a deep understanding of a client's brand
* Identifying client needs and providing creative solutions
* Creative concept development; thinking outside the box and conceiving fresh ideas
* Organising and running creative sessions with internal teams
* Researching new technologies and trends
* Preparing and delivering engaging pitches in order to win business
* Driving creative strategy for the agency across multiple channels
* Research and insight generation

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be creatively driven with a passion for exceeding client expectations. You must have solid experience in driving creative concepts with internal teams and clients alike which are both exciting and realistic. You will also have sound experience across a range of events from corporate conferences to brand experiences and digital campaigns.
