We are working with a dynamic boutique agency based in Central London who are looking for a Creative Event Producer to join their team!

Working with a whole host of external suppliers they offer idea creation and full project management services to their clients. Always delivering a service that is second to none they have built a fantastic reputation and are now sought after by the finest clients.

THE ROLE

Due to their on-going success there is now an exciting opportunity for a Creative Event Producer to join their exciting team.

As a Creative Event Producer you will be responsible for;

*Developing client relationships throughout each project
*Deeply understanding the clients requirements
*Producing creative proposals and innovative theming/event solutions
*Guiding the presentation response to the client
*Implementing project schedules and budgets
*Managing supplier contracting and liaison
*Overseeing the logistical and operational delivery of events
*Acting as the key point of contact onsite
*Managing the team onsite

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will currently be working as an Event Producer and will have strong experience in managing high profile client relationships, implementing creative event solutions and overseeing delivery of a broad range of events. We are ideally looking for candidates who have a background in delivering private events/parties however those with a mix of this and corporate experience may still be considered.
