This is an exciting, unique opportunity to work with one of the industries most creative event suppliers, working across a range of experiential events. If you have a passion for all things imaginative and feel confident working within the events industry, this may be the perfect role for you!

THE COMPANY

The business was founded back in 2007 and has since grown into one of the industries most successful event suppliers. They aim to provide some of the weirdest and wackiest contraptions partnering with some of the most iconic brands and clients, this forward thinking events company accommodate for over 250 events per year and are keen to find a confident, enthusiastic Bookings Manager to join their crazy team and join in on the fun!

They accommodate for a wide variety of events including conferences, product launches and VIP parties working within some of the UKs most exciting venues.

THE ROLE

Due to some exciting and ongoing growth, they are now seeking a Booking Manager to join the team and work across their diverse calendar of events! You will be the primary contact for all enquiries coming into the business.

The ideal person will tick the following points;

Excellent organisational skills
Overseeing the process from booking through to event completion
Reporting into the General Managers
Client Management pre and post event
Manage a busy workload and liaise with the internal team
Driving sales conversations and feel confident on the phone
Identify and develop client relationships
Manage a number of projects and various responsibilities

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position you will have experience in the events industry and have an infectious personality. It is also important that you uphold strong organisational skills and be confident on the phone. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and resilient with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
