RMG15698 - We are looking for a Delegate Manager to join a global events agency, and work across a portfolio of global events.

Now on the look out for a Delegate Manager to oversee their dedicated registration team, you will experience working across a fantastic portfolio of predominantly healthcare events including congresses, product launches, stand alones and advisory boards throughout the globe.

THE ROLE

Your role will be broad however you will have overall responsibility in managing the day - day operations of the registration team, liaising with clients alongside travelling on-site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing effective solutions for all aspects of registration
• Proposal writing and pitching registration solutions when required
• Ensuring that project plans and time line process is adhered to

• Ensuring communication documents are sent out in line with timeframes of the project

• Working closely with third party suppliers
• Team management
• Budget management
• Onsite management and reporting and registration

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must have a proven background in delegate registration with a strong knowledge of registration systems such as Cvent, StarCite, Crowdcompass or similar Delegate Registration software.
