THE ROLE
As part of their on-going success they are now looking for a Delegate Manager to support the Logistics Director and work on a diverse range of projects for one of their high profile automotive clients.
Managing and delivering all aspects of delegate logistics for projects, responsibilities include:
- All registration reporting including on-site registration
- Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service
- Building content and frameworks for registration systems
- Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames
- Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project
- Manage software integration and set-up onsite
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Delegate Manager will come from an event agency environment and have experience using registration tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent time management skills. Whilst they are seeking an experienced Delegate Manager, strong junior options with relevant experience will be considered.
Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.
