Due to their growth and success, the team are now seeking a Delegate Manager to come on board and work across a broad range of events.

THE ROLE

As Delegate Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside internal teams and managing all aspects of delegate logistics for a global portfolio of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• All registration reporting including on-site registration

• Being the main point of contact for all registration related issues

• Liaising with the IT department regarding registration websites and web reporting sites

• Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames

• Supporting with venue sourcing

• Booking travel and accommodation

• Budget management including putting together costings

• Onsite support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal applicant will hold previous experience of working within an event agency environment. Experience of using registration tools and systems is essential, and ideally the candidate will have experience on supporting on multiple projects simultaneously. Any exposure to venue sourcing or producing proposals would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.

Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.
