THE COMPANY

This fully integrated agency is known for delivering some of the most creative projects, including experiential, activation, PR, social, digital, events and exhibition projects across the globe. Their fantastic reputation and extensive in house expertise has enabled them to develop an enviable client list across sporting, automotive, energy and retail sectors to name a few.

They are now looking for a Delegate Manager to come on board and join their team, working on one of their biggest accounts. Events can range from exhibitions, product launches, media presentations or training programmes based throughout the UK and overseas. This is an exciting chance to work for one of the leading creative agencies out there. THE ROLE

You will be involved in the delegate management and logistics of the projects with responsibilities such as:

*Managing delegate enquiries and maintaining customer service
*All registration reporting including on-site registration
*Being the main point of contact for all registration related issues
*Liaising with the IT department regarding registration websites and web reporting sites
*Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames
*Booking travel and accommodation
*Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project
*Budget management including putting together costing's
*Onsite support - potentially travelling overseas for events

THE CANDIDATE

Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for candidates who are incredibly well organised, have excellent communication skills and strong Microsoft Excel

Most importantly we are looking for candidates who show a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn within a fast paced environment.
