Due to their growth and success, the team are now seeking a Delegate Manager to come on board and work across a broad range of events.

THE ROLE

Working within a vibrant and fast paced team you will be responsible for working alongside internal departments managing all areas of event planning and delivery including:

* Working closely with various Event Managers depending on projects
* Supporting with research for proposals
* Venue sourcing
* Organising and co-ordinating travel and accommodation booking
* Preparing rooming and transfer lists
* Delegate management and registration including dealing with enquires
* Supplier liaison and management
* Budget management including putting together costings
* Assisting with general administrative duties
* Providing onsite support
* Managing your own smaller projects end to end

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal applicant must have experience of delegate management and registration, ideally gained from an agency although other backgrounds will be considered. Any experience of managing travel / accommodation and transfers would also be preferred, as would any language skills. Exposure to managing and liaising with suppliers or any experience of venue souring / producing proposals would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.

Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.
