Amazing opportunity for an event executive or delegate registration executive to join this global agency in a Delegate Manager position, to work on some international events!

THE ROLE

Working within a vibrant and fast paced team you will have the opportunity to work on a dedicated, high profile account.

Liaising directly with the Project Manager
Using and adapting to complex bespoke registration systems
Dealing with all aspects of delegate communications
Sending out joining instructions for events
Collating complex rooming lists
Ensuring attention to detail to register high end delegates
Attending events to register delegates on-site
Putting together ground programmes where necessary
Managing multiple projects at one time

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal applicant must have experience of delegate management and registration, ideally gained from an agency although other backgrounds will be considered. Any experience of managing travel / accommodation and transfers would also be preferred, as would any language skills. Exposure to managing and liaising with suppliers or any experience of venue souring / producing proposals would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.

Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.

We will also consider candidates who have recently graduated and have strong Excel and administration skills, combined with some exposure to corporate events.
