An award winning events agency who work on a wide variety of corporate events are looking for a Delegate Registration Manager to join their existing team.

THE COMPANY

With 2 offices based within the UK, this dynamic agency represent a strong portfolio of clients with 80% of what they do being within the pharmaceutical sector. They manage high value projects such as conferences, symposia, congresses and tradeshows on an international basis for up to 2000 delegates. The close knit and friendly team work tightly together ensuring they deliver the best service for their clients. THE ROLE

Working closely with the Project Managers and the Event Director, the Delegate Registration Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of delegate liaison including;

*Liaising with the internal IT department on website builds
*Registering delegates using event registration systems (Cvent)
*Managing and responding to delegate enquiries
*Producing delegate reports for post event analysis
*Creating rooming, travel and transfer lists
*Booking travel and accommodation
*Working on multiple projects to an efficient timescale and deadline
*Attending events onsite to oversee onsite delegate registrations
*Supporting with general administrative tasks

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an events capacity with exposure to delegate management responsibilities. You will also need to have a sound knowledge of event registration system Cvent and Microsoft programmes. Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment would also be beneficial for this role.
