DELEGATE REGISTRATION MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE EVENTS AGENCY

Great opportunity to use your complex events experience within a thriving events team of an award-winning agency, delivering incentives, conferences and more for some high end automotive brands!
THE COMPANY
This creative events agency works across a range of industry sectors including automotive, financial and FMCG, to deliver some fantastic awards ceremonies, incentives, conferences and gala dinners. Taking place in fabulous destinations across the globe events can range from a bespoke incentive for 50 delegates through to a large scale conference for 700.
THE ROLE
Due to some exciting new client wins they are now looking to bring an experienced Delegate Manager to come on board to join their team working solely on the registration aspects of incentives and conferences for some of their well known automotive clients!
Key responsibilities of the role will entail:
* Liaising directly with project managers
* Creating complex bespoke registration systems
* Dealing with all aspects of delegate communications
* Sending out joining instructions for events
* Collating complex rooming lists
* Ensuring incredible attention to detail to register high end delegates
* Attending events to register delegates on-site
* Putting together ground programmes where necessary
* Managing multiple projects at one time
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must be experienced in the delegate registration for complex and large scale events ideally within the auto sector and be confident with a variety of systems. This is not an entry level role in any way and will suit an experienced event manager looking to focus on one element of the projects - agency experience is a must.
