Growing fast, their profile raising and new clients coming on board every month. This digitally focused events & experiential agency is going places and this is THE opportunity for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to run their own team and be part of something big.

Pre Covid they delivered mind blowing car launches, public events, conferences, product launches and exhibitions for high profile global brands and government agencies alike. Much of this work was highly digital (think AR / VR / Interactive etc) which enabled them to move seamlessly to complex virtual events. Even through the pandemic they have continued to grow, and now live events are returning they are now at the next stage of their journey.

The Role
Leading a growing team of Digital Producers the Digital Delivery Manager is the person who will shape the department and make sure that the most innovative and creatively interesting digital solutions are delivered for their high profile clients.

You might be working with creative on how digital can wrap around and through a live event, you might be overseeing a huge project (£m's) and making sure it happens, either way you'll need to want to push digital boundaries, want to develop a team and have the experience to help shape the systems and process used to deliver the highest quality work.

A big role in an exciting agency where no two days will be the same.

- Line management of 3 Producers & Production Assistants
- Team development and training
- Liaise with department heads and team leads across projects
- Management of pitches and projects (Scoping, Production and Delivery)
- Creating and implementing systems and processes
- Identifying and engaging with suppliers
- Managing internal and external (freelance) resource
- Advising on the latest digital tech and how it can be used
- Setting up department structures and recruiting new team members

The candidate
Candidates should have experience working within an agency environment where they will have been involved in a wide range of digital projects, including for events / exhibitions. They should also have the experience of implementing systems and procedures as this is a growing team and growing part of the agency.

Please note: Although this a remote role you must be based within the UK to access the agency offices when needed. If preferred you could work full time / flexibly from one of their 2 UK based offices.
