Now looking to expand their association team, there is now the opportunity for a Director of Operations to join, oversee and lead their specialist team.

THE ROLE

Client facing in your approach, you will work closely with senior members in providing strategic development across key areas of the business and providing end- end management on higher value events.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Account management across existing accounts

• Providing strategic development across the business

• Leading across proposals

• Liaising across internals teams, suppliers and industry bodies

• End- end logistics on higher valued events

• Part of the leadership team, ensuring efficient operational delivery

• Budget management

• Team management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should be working at a similar level capacity ideally within an event agency or within an association and/ or PCO. As you will overseeing a dynamic team, candidates will need to have a proven background of clear team management. Alongside this, proven skills in account management are key as this role require candidates to be confident client facing, alongside the ability to provide end-end management across larger scale events.
