Our client is a boutique brand experience agency who specialise in events, 3D design and build, branding and graphics, servicing a large array of high end clients. As an agency they are a forward thinking and creative business with the aim to inspire and excite the audience.

Producing a variety of projects from conferences, road shows and launches to experiential and PR campaigns.

THE ROLE

As part of their expansion plans, they now have an exciting and immediate requirement for an experienced Event Manager to join the dynamic and busy team

Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be working within a fantastic team of creative and as the Event Manager you will be responsible for managing a range of event projects, from meetings and presentations to large conferences and experiential events, including;

* Part of the initial creative pitch team

* Input into the creative direction of the event

* Liaising with the internal design / creative teams

* Central point of client contact

* Budget management

* Supplier selection and management

* Timeline scheduling

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have agency experience managing the end to end delivery of corporate and experiential events with a fun loving approach to their work

You will have:

* A good understanding of AV and conference production

* Excellent communication skills

* The ability to produce presentations and present these to clients

* Ability to manage projects within very short timescales

* A 'can do' attitude
