There is now the unique opportunity for an Events Assistant to join their close knit team. This role offers the chance to develop a brilliant career and learn from the very best in the industry!

THE ROLE

As Events Assistant, this is a hands on role where you will be supporting the events team and get involve at every stage of the events.

Overall responsibilities will include:

• Liaison with members

• Venue sourcing

• Delegate management

• Supplier management

• Producing marketing material

• Budgeting

• On-site support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate needs to have proven experience of working within the events industry in a supportive capacity, any experience within a society/ association would be advantageous but not essential. Educated to a degree level would be highly desirable as is being computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

What is key is the ability to support a busy events team and the confidence to preform multiple tasks. In return you will become part of a supportive environment and learn the essentials to grow within the organisation and deliver quality events.
