THE ROLE

With the business flourishing and a growing demand for the agency's services, they are looking to expand their passionate close-knit team leading to a new opportunity for an Event Assistant to come on board.

Key responsibilities include;

*Supporting on multiple projects simultaneously
*Booking travel and accommodation
*Delegate management and registration (Utilising their Cvent system)
*Venue sourcing and negotiating rates
*Sourcing and managing 3rd party suppliers
*Administration duties
*Supporting the team on site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this opportunity, the candidate must be a strong and proficient user in Cvent and have knowledge and use of similar systems. The candidate will have experience within an events setting, ideally within an agency and will have supported across a broad range of events. Experience within the automotive sector would be an advantage but is not a necessary requirement.

Most importantly the candidate will have a drive and enthusiasm to progress their career within events and to join a leading agency where they can really go places!
