This company is an award winning technical production company who work with a range of corporate clients and events & experiential agencies. The events they deliver are high profile and tend to be large scale with a bias toward video as well as the more usual AV equipment.
They have invested heavily in their team and their technical capability and word is spreading. With new clients coming on board all of the time there hasn't been a better time to join their team and fast track your career working on large scale high profile events!
Due to their on going success they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team and work closely with their Sales Director to form and grow relationships with new clients.
There's no hard sell - just making contact with relevant people who will want to hear what you have to say.
With full support (but the autonomy to utilise your experience in full) this is a broad role, including;
Targeting potential clients and making initial contact
Attending networking meetings
Re-establishing relationships with lapsed clients
Growing existing clients
Taking the brief (with PM's) and overseeing the pitch
Central point of client contact
The ideal candidate should have experience working within the events industry in a sales orientated role where they can demonstrate relationship building and a pro-active approach.
