EVENT CO-ORDINATOR - ASSOCIATION
6 MONTH CONTRACT

Are you looking for the opportunity to launch your event career within a leading national association?
This leading association have been operating for more than 100 years. With over 16,000 members spanning the globe, they operate out of numerous branches across the UK, as well as Canada and Hong Kong. They pride themselves in providing unparalleled expertise and knowledge, through their membership, research and market-leading events programme.
Delivering a large portfolio of events per year, including conferences, awards and exhibitions for up to 400 attendees, they are now looking for a confident Event Co-ordinator to come on board and support in the delivery of their nationwide events.
This is a broad role that includes:
- Acting as first point of contact for delegates and exhibitors
- Coordinating the delivery of exhibition and sponsorship packages
- Supporting on event logistics
- Delivering marketing plans, including updating websites and social media
- Processing bookings, invoices and reporting
- Leading on the administration of events
- Overseeing event set up
- On site event support
Candidates should have event support experience, as well as being highly organised, client facing and confident in your approach.
