THE ROLE

This ambitious charity are looking to expand their close knit team leading to a new opportunity for an Events Co-ordinator to come on board and support with their busy event calendar.

This is a broad role and includes:

*Supporting on events across the year (including managing some end to end)
*Liaising with venues, external suppliers and speakers
*Delegate and data management including onsite registration and dealing with enquires
*Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to attendees, suppliers and internal departments
*Supporting with the production of printed materials
*Sourcing and management of prizes for fundraising events
*Creating and maintaining budget sheets
*Supporting onsite with the events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting and organising their own events, ideally from a charity or association background however other events backgrounds will be considered. A proven background in delegate registration and supplier liaison is essential as is experience of managing or working with budgets. Excellent organisational and communication skills are critical however most importantly we are looking for someone who is passionate about the events sector and who is keen to join a company where they will be working on a broad range of events!
