THE ROLE

With the business booming and growing of demand for the agency's services, they are looking to expand their passionate close-knit team leading to a new opportunity for a career focused Event Co-ordinator.

Responsibilities are broad and include:

*Supporting across the board on all events
*Delegate registration (including the use of CRM systems)
*Managing delegate queries
*Venue Sourcing
*Proposal Writing
*Booking travel and accommodation
*On-site delivery of events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting on events across all elements including delegate registration (and the use of CRM systems). Experience of working in the pharmaceutical sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. More importantly however is someone with the drive and enthusiasm to join a leading agency and develop a career within the events sector!
