THE ROLE
 
Due to continued growth there is now an opportunity for an Event Coordinator to come on board! 
 
Responsibilities are broad and include:
 
  • Working closely with Event Managers to deliver a varied event portfolio
  • Live, virtual and hybrid event management
  • Training of Event Administrators
  • Onsite event support internationally and in the UK
  • Working closely with internal teams
  • Supporting with proposals & undertaking event research
  • Delegate communication and management
  • Creation of event-specific excel spreadsheets/databases
  • Managing and editing event registration websites
  • Creating delegate materials (name badges, welcome packs etc)
  • Organising and co-ordinating travel and accommodation bookings
  • Supporting with budget management
  • General event administration
  • Supporting with post event reporting
 
 
THE CANDIDATE
 
Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and previous experience from within events. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and strong communications skills, coupled with a proficiency in Microsoft Office, predominantly excel and word.
 
Experience of working on pharmaceutical events and in particular any exposure to delegate management and registration would be highly advantageous. Candidates must be willing and open to international travel as you will be required to go onsite to support with events.
