Known within the industry for delivering exceptional and ingenious events, this full service agency have developed an enviable client base across sectors including sport, retail, technology, pharmaceutical and government. With a team that are dedicated in delivering impressive events; their portfolio of events can range from conferences and press launches through to exhibitions or incentive events.
Now looking to expand their team, there is now the opportunity for an Event Director join and lead across their team. THE ROLE
Your role as Event Director will be wide and varied and will involve management of events both in the UK and Overseas. Your duties will include:
Account management including development and growth across exciting accounts
Lead across proposal writing and pitching
Full logistics from initial proposal through to post-event reconciliation
Management of all supplier and venue relationships
Coordinating with internal teams
Budget management
On-site management
Line management
Oversee and monitor project progress across the team.
Management of all event systems and procedures, ensuring timelines are set for each event, ensuring always that each event is handled to the highest quality
THE CANDIDATE
Agency experience is highly desirable although not essential. We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in providing end to end management across various events and have the ability to be strong client facing and manage multiple projects at one time.
