This is a great opportunity to join a global company and start your events career working on events UK and overseas!
Our client has an exceptional reputation for delivering conferences and exhibitions. They deliver both B2B and B2C events across the UK and overseas. Focusing on the growth of the marketing industry and business development strategies, they take pride in making sure these events are delivered fruitfully, maintaining the relationship with their exhibitors, delegates and speakers.
Due to increased business and continued growth they are now looking to expand their team in London. Focusing on supporting the team and working on international responsibilities include:
Supporting across the board with events
Liaising with supplier and negotiating fees
Facilitating onsite meetings with attendees
Liaising with sponsors and venues
Liaising with internal teams
Event administration including supporting with event documentation
The ideal candidate must have proven experience of providing key administrative support ideally within the event industry. Excellent time management skills are key as is the ability to prioritise work tasks to meet strict deadlines. Being a team player is essential, supporting wherever needed.
Candidates must be open to international travel as you will be expected to support onsite with the events but most of all be energetic and passionate about events!
