The Role
Due to an increase in both new business and existing accounts there is now an exciting opportunity for someone to join one of their biggest global sponsorship accounts. A broad role, responsibilities include:
Applicants should ideally have previous ticketing experience or similar experience gained from working within a delegate management or guest communication role. Experience of working on guest management systems or databases would be preferred as would exposure to corporate hospitality or customer service environments. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills and any language skills would be an added benefit but are not essential for the role.

- Assisting in the management of inboxes
- Supporting with the distribution of ticket allocations
- Managing ticket allocation and guest management systems
- Responding effectively to all client and customer enquiries
- Liaising with clients and third-party rights holders
- Creating and updating website copy for guest communications
- Preparing client reports
