The Role

 

As an Events Manager, you will play an integral role in all activity relating to their event portfolio taking ownership over specific projects whilst also working as a collaborative team. Responsibilities will include:

 

-          Owning a variety of event projects from conception to completion

-          Developing creative event ideas and implementing into delivery

-          Managing event timelines and schedules

-          Briefing, negotiating with and managing external event suppliers - DMCs, venues, etc.

-          Working with designers to create stand and event concepts

-          Organising full event logistics

-          Creating drive routes, floor plans, etc.

-          Preparing event collateral

-          Overseeing set up and live delivery on the day

-          Managing post event reporting and feedback

-          Holding budget accountability

 

The Candidate

 

You will be in possession of solid event logistics experience and event management expertise with the ability to deliver events from conception to completion independently and as part of team. Candidates from event delivery roles within event agency, client side, exhibition organiser and association backgrounds will be considered. Any experience in event delivery or a demonstrable interest in the automotive sector would be beneficial.
