THE COMPANY

This flourishing event agency have established themselves in the industry for delivering unique and outstanding events throughout the globe. Due to their on going success, they have established long standing client relationships with clients predominantly based in the automotive sector.

Producing everything from conferences and award ceremonies through to large scale roadshows and exhibitions within the UK and overseas, no two days are the same!

THE ROLE

Now on the look out for a driven Event Executive to come on board, this is a hands on role supporting the Event Managers across all of their events.

A once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who really isn't afraid to get stuck in!!

Duties will include:

• Assisting the events team on a variety of events across the year

• Venue sourcing and supporting with information for proposals

• Delegate management and registration including dealing with enquires

• Supplier liaison

• Booking travel and accommodation when necessary

• Booking of freelance staff

• Managing your own smaller projects from end to end

• Budget management and cost tracking

• Providing on-site support including the set up of exhibitions

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have agency experience and any exposure to automotive events would be favourable although not essential. Skills in venue finding and/or delegate registration is key as is involvement in supporting with event delivery, an understanding of exhibitions would be highly desirable. Recent graduates who have also completed a 1 year's placement will also be considered but most importantly is the drive and ambition to succeed!
